WHAT THE HECK ARE THOSE?!
Yeah, that’s usually the reaction I get when I tell someone to dilute their essential oils using a carrier oil. I totally get it. This essential oil thing is a learning curve. There are so many words and phrases and not to mention hundreds of oils.
So I want to make this part a bit easier for you. I am going to break down carrier oils and their purpose. It’s simple, and you know me, I am straight to the point. I am not going to drag this out.
What are carrier oils?
Carrier oils are fatty oils that we use to dilute our essential oils. Essential oils are not fatty oils and they absorb quickly into the skin. Carrier oils are used to help slow that absorption down and make that essential oil spread to cover a larger target area when used topically.
Which oils can be considered carrier oils?
Young Livings V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex: an amazing choice. Young living has combined a variety of fatty oils to make a smooth beautiful carrier oil for anyone who is in need.

All of these different oils are amazing options for individuals looking to utilize the benefits of a carrier oil with their essential oils.
See, I told you, nice simple and straight to the point. I don’t like to drag things out. Time is precious so I won’t make things take forever. If you have any other questions and need help reach out to me on my CONTACT page.
